I am.. Bakery (hereinafter referred to as "I am.. Bakery" or "we") welcomes you to use our website, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, any social media pages, or mobile applications (collectively referred to as the "Platform").
By logging in or using the Platform, you indicate that you have accepted these Terms of Service and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update and change the content of the Platform at any time and may unilaterally modify any Terms of Service without further notice. Promotions and Loyalty Programs
I am.. Bakery may conduct promotions through the Platform from time to time. If such promotions involve earning or accumulating points or other rewards, they will be governed by specific rules. The records of such accumulated points or rewards in our records are final, and you agree that our decisions are binding on you. Any improper behavior, fraud, misuse of points, or non-compliance with the terms and conditions of this program, and/or other related terms and conditions may result in immediate termination of membership and the cancellation of all points, regardless of prior notice.
Online Shopping
5.1 The Platform provides online shopping services for in-store pickup. After the shopping process is successfully completed, we will send a pickup notification to the phone number you provided. If you have registered on WhatsApp, we will send order-related information to your WhatsApp number. If you are not registered on WhatsApp, we will use SMS notifications as an alternative means of communication to ensure that you receive order details in a timely manner. If the phone number you provide belongs to someone else, you must ensure that you have obtained the consent of the party, and you are responsible for providing and using this personal information. 5.2 Orders submitted on the Platform must be accepted and confirmed by I am.. Bakery to be effective. Once an online order is confirmed, you cannot cancel, return, or change the ordered products, and you acknowledge and agree that we will not provide refunds. 5.3 I am.. Bakery reserves the right to limit and/or refuse to accept any online orders for the types and quantities of products. 5.4 If you fail to pick up the ordered goods at the designated store on the specified date, it will be deemed an automatic waiver, and the payment made will not be refunded. At the same time, you agree that I am.. Bakery will not provide any products or exchange for other products. The pickup date and location will be displayed in the pickup notification WhatsApp message or text message.
Underage persons
As the use of the Platform may incur legal obligations or liabilities, if you are under eighteen years of age, considered a minor under current law, or unable to enter into a contract or assume legal responsibility under applicable laws, please do not provide personal information through the Platform and avoid using the Platform. If you wish to access the Platform for browsing, you should first seek the advice and consent of your parents or guardians regarding the content of the Terms of Service and the possible consequences. I am.. Bakery assumes that all users of the Platform have reached the legal age, although we are not obligated to verify your age. If any user under the legal age is found, we reserve the right to take action, including but not limited to terminating the user's access to the Platform and holding the user and/or their parents/guardians fully responsible for all resulting losses and damages and legal fees.
Use of Materials

All Materials belong to I am.. Bakery or content suppliers or customers of the Platform (as the case may be) as proprietary property. Bakery and must retain notices regarding copyrights, trademarks, service marks, and other proprietary rights on the copies. Bakery and any third party mentioned on the platform disclaim any liability for losses, damages, or injuries arising from the use or inability to use the platform, reliance on platform information, execution failure, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, computer or software viruses, communication failures, communication interceptions, software or hardware problems, theft, destruction, or alteration of websites or applications, or uploading or downloading any data, text, images, or other materials or data on the platform, whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, regardless of whether it is foreseeable or I am.. Bakery has been advised of the possibility.
Indemnification
If you are involved in any violation of the terms or any illegal activities leading to lawsuits, legal proceedings, claims, compensation, damages, injuries, indemnities, debts, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees and expenses), you agree to fully indemnify I am.. Bakery, I am.., and/or other indemnified parties (meaning individuals or entities other than I am.. Severability

Applicable Law
These terms are interpreted under the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China ("Hong Kong") and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. You irrevocably agree that any disputes, controversies, or claims between I am.. Bakery and you will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
Note: In case of any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions of these terms, the Chinese version shall prevail.
