Terms and Conditions:

1. By registering as a member, the applicant is deemed to have read these Terms and Conditions and to have accepted and agreed to be bound by them (including any amendments thereto from time to time).
2. All membership programs, shopping discounts, point rewards and birthday gifts, terms and conditions may be modified, deleted or terminated by I am.. Bakery at its sole discretion without prior notice.
3. Each purchase cannot be split.
4. Spending on corporate orders is not eligible for membership applications.
5. In case of any disputes, I am.. Bakery reserves the right of final decision.

definition:

1. “Branch” refers to the physical store operated by I am.. Bakery in Hong Kong.
2. “Online Store” means the online store operated by I am.. Bakery in Hong Kong.

Membership content:

1. Customers can register as registered users (non-members) in the online store, but only after becoming members can they start accumulating consumption and points.
2. Customers who spend a net amount* of HK$450 or more in a single transaction in-store or online can become members. No deposit required.
3. Customers who spend a net amount* of $3,500 or more in a single transaction in-store or online, or members who spend a cumulative net amount of $3,500 or more within 12 months, can become Gold Members#.
4. Customers must register their account before completing the order to become members, so that their consumption and points can be recorded in their account. No subsequent registration is allowed.
5. The membership period is 12 months from the date of membership change.
6. Memberships cannot be refunded, transferred, combined or lent to others and are for the use of registered members only.

*Shipping fees and purchase of gift certificates will not be included in the net purchase amount or cumulative purchase amount.

Member Discounts:

1. Members can enjoy 10% off on selected regular-priced products* in-store and online.
2. Gold members can enjoy 12% off on selected regular-priced products* in-store and online.
3. After becoming a member and registering for a single purchase of $450 or $3500, you can immediately enjoy a 10% or 12% member discount on that purchase.
4. Member discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

*Except gift certificates and cake accessories.

Points Rewards:

1. Members earn 1 point for every $2 spent. Points are rounded up to the nearest whole number; half a point is not allowed.
2. All points calculations are not applicable to purchases or use of gift certificates.
3. If you become a member with a single net purchase of $450 or $3,500, you will earn points instantly for that purchase.
4. Members will automatically earn double points on their first purchase during their birthday month.
5. If a membership does not qualify for upgrade or renewal at the same level upon expiration of its validity period, all points will be automatically cancelled and the membership will become invalid.
6. Points can be earned in-store and online, and can only be used in-store.
7. Points can only be used by the member himself. When using points at the store, you must provide the correct login email and phone number for verification.
8. Points are valid for one year, calculated along with your membership. If you successfully renew your membership, your points will be valid for another year.
9. Points cannot be transferred or split, and points from different members cannot be combined and used.
10. All points earned on cancelled transactions or refunded purchases will be forfeited.

Points redemption:

1. Members can redeem cakes at the branch with designated points. Gifts are limited in quantity and will be redeemed while stocks last.
2. Cakes redeemed with points are subject to availability.
3. Cake redemption with points can be booked up to three days in advance. Please contact the branch via WhatsApp using your registered member number or visit the branch in person. Points will be deducted upon booking. Successful bookings must be collected by the designated date. Failure to collect by the deadline will result in the cake being forfeited, and the deducted points will not be refunded.
4. When redeeming cakes and gifts, you must sign a receipt.
5. Cakes and gifts cannot be returned or exchanged once redeemed.
